Terms for using DTC AI Tools and engaging XrtoTech services.

These Terms govern your use of DTC AI Tools, operated by XrtoTech ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms.
DTC AI Tools provides AI-assisted analysis, ideas, and reports for informational purposes. Tool outputs are not professional, legal, financial, security, accessibility, or business advice. They may contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that are not suitable for your particular business.
You are responsible for reviewing every output and for decisions, changes, purchases, promotions, and actions taken in reliance on it. We do not guarantee a specific conversion, revenue, SEO, performance, compliance, or operational outcome.
You may use DTC AI Tools only for lawful purposes and only with permission to analyze any URL, content, system, or data you submit. You must not submit credentials, customer personal data, private store data, or confidential information through public tools.

DTC AI Tools may introduce XrtoTech’s Shopify development, integration, performance, and AI automation services. Any paid or custom work requires a separate written proposal, scope, timeline, and agreement. These website Terms do not create an obligation for either party to begin a project.
DTC AI Tools, its branding, website design, and original materials are owned by XrtoTech or its licensors. You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that information only to provide the requested tool result, respond to your enquiry, or deliver agreed services.
The website may link to or use third-party services, including AI, hosting, analytics, email, and communications providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
